 Common Applications

Thanks to its flexible output options and multi-lens optical configurations, this microscope serves numerous fields:

  • Academic & Clinical Classrooms: Allows teachers to stream live sample feeds to multiple students simultaneously via Wi-Fi or HDMI outputs.
  • Medical Laboratories: Ideal for performing standard blood analysis, smear observations, and routine cell counts.
  • Biological Research: Supports high-magnification botanical, zoological, and microbiological specimen tracking.
  • Quality Control & Materials Inspection: Used to detect micro-faults in textiles, paper fibers, or synthetic materials utilizing the top LED light source.
  • Veterinary Science: Enables easy diagnostics of parasite samples and fluid cultures directly on the built-in screen.

Warranty and Repair

Every Digital Microscope includes a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This is a strict return-and-repair warranty, meaning the manufacturer will repair any covered defects in materials or workmanship. If the technical team determines that a returned unit is completely unrepairable, a replacement unit or alternative resolution will be provided under the same one-year framework.

Please note that the warranty does not include the cost of returning the microscope; customers are responsible for all shipping, freight, and insurance fees required to transport the unit to the repair facility.

Please note that this warranty specifically covers normal laboratory operating defects and excludes the following:

  • Accidental Drop Damage: Physical damage to the LCD screen, internal alignment, or metal frame caused by drops, falls, or improper transport.
  • Oil Lens Misuse: Scratches, permanent cloudiness, or internal optical damage to the 100x objective lens resulting from improper oil application, lack of post-use cleaning, or using unauthorized immersion fluids.

Usage Parameters

  • Ambient Temperature: Maintained continuously between 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Extreme thermal fluctuations can cause optical glass expansion or internal condensation on the 2K CMOS sensor.
  • Relative Humidity: Kept below 85% (non-condensing). High humidity risks the accumulation of moisture within the enclosed 9-inch LCD panel and promotes destructive fungal growth on the internal achromatic objectives.
  • Atmospheric Environment: Must be a dust-free, smoke-free, and chemical-vapor-free zone to prevent corrosive degradation of the optical coatings and exposed metal mechanics.
  • Physical Surface: Positioned on a rigid, level, and vibration-isolated laboratory bench. Excess mechanical vibrations or operating on uneven surfaces can destabilize the mechanical stage and strain the coaxial fine-focus mechanics.

Storage Parameters

  • Dust Protection: Cover the entire microscope with the manufacturer-supplied anti-static dust cover immediately after it cools down. Dust accumulation on the exposed digital screen or internal prisms degrades imaging clarity.
  • Moisture Management: Place the covered microscope into a dedicated, sealed storage cabinet. Store 2 to 3 packs of fresh silica gel desiccant directly underneath the dust cover to absorb lingering moisture.
  • Climate Safeguards: Keep the storage room temperature regulated between -20°C and +55°C (-4°F to 131°F) with non-condensing relative humidity under 85%. Never store the device near windows, heating vents, or chemical storage cabinets containing volatile acids.
