Warranty

The LCD Digital Stereo Microscope configuration includes a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This is a strict return-and-repair warranty, meaning the manufacturer will repair any covered defects in materials, structural mechanics, or digital sensor workmanship. If the technical team determines that a returned unit is completely unrepairable due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement unit or alternative resolution will be provided under the same one-year framework.

Please note that the warranty does not include the cost of returning the microscope; customers are responsible for all shipping, freight, customs, and insurance fees required to safely transport the unit to the repair facility.

Additionally, this warranty specifically covers normal laboratory and industrial operating defects and excludes the following:

  • Accidental Drop Damage: Physical damage to the 11.6-inch LCD panel, internal beam splitter, A1 focus holder, structural pole stand, or digital camera housing caused by drops, impacts, or improper workbench transport.
  • Optical Lens Misuse: Scratches, structural fracturing, or coating degradation on the 0.7-4.5x continuous zoom objectives, the WF10x/20 eyepieces, or the 0.5x C-mount adapter resulting from improper cleaning techniques, harsh chemical solvent exposure, or contact with unauthorized abrasive materials.

Normal Operating Conditions

Environmental Parameters

  • Ambient Temperature: Maintained continuously between 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Operating outside this range can cause thermal expansion of the stereo optical glass, mechanical stage drift, or thermal throttling on the high-speed 4K processor.
  • Relative Humidity: Kept below 85% (non-condensing). High humidity risks moisture accumulation inside the 11.6-inch LCD panel, corrosion of the multi-port interface (HDMI/USB 3.0), and destructive fungal growth on the 0.7x–4.5x zoom optics.
  • Atmospheric Environment: Must be a low-dust, low-smoke, and chemical-vapor-free zone. Industrial welding or soldering environments must utilize adequate fume extraction to prevent acidic or metallic film buildup on the optical coatings and exposed metal mechanics.

Electrical and Placement Requirements

  • Power Supply: Operated using the original manufacturer-provided external DC 12V/2A power adapter connected to a stable, grounded electrical outlet (supporting 110V–240V, 50/60Hz inputs). Using uncertified power bricks or operating during severe power surges will void protection on the advanced motherboard and WiFi 6 wireless transceivers.
  • Physical Surface: Positioned on a rigid, level, and vibration-isolated laboratory or industrial workbench. Because stereo microscopes are used for precision assembly and measurement, excess structural vibration will destabilize the mechanical focus and skew measurement tolerances on the S-Eye software.
