Warranty and Repair
Every Digital Microscope Camera includes a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This is a strict return-and-repair warranty, meaning the manufacturer will repair any covered defects in materials or workmanship. If the technical team determines that a returned unit is completely unrepairable, a replacement unit or alternative resolution will be provided under the same one-year framework.
Please note that the warranty does not include the cost of returning the microscope; customers are responsible for all shipping, freight, and insurance fees required to transport the unit to the repair facility.
Please note that this warranty specifically covers normal laboratory operating defects and excludes the following:
- Accidental Drop Damage: Physical damage to the LCD screen, internal alignment, or metal frame caused by drops, falls, or improper transport.
