This large capacity manual pipette controller is designed for laboratory use to handle large-volume liquid transfers, compatible with 0.1–100 ml volumetric or serological pipettes. 

Step-by-Step Operation:

• Preparation: Squeeze the large rubber bulb at the top of the unit before attaching a pipette to evacuate the air and create a vacuum.
• Attachment: Hold your glass or plastic pipette near its upper end and carefully insert it into the autoclavable silicone holder inside the nose cone until it fits tightly.
• Apiration (Filling):
• Immerse the pipette tip into the liquid.
• Slowly push the small sensitive lever (thumb lever) upward or backward.
• The speed of aspiration is controlled by how far you deflect the lever; a slight movement allows for precise adjustment.

• Setting the Volume: Draw the liquid slightly above the desired graduation mark. Gently press the lever downward to dispense excess liquid until the meniscus aligns exactly with the required volume mark.

• Dispensing:
• Move the pipette to the target vessel, ideally holding it against the inner wall at an incline.
• Press the lever downward or forward to release the liquid.
• Blow-out: If using a "blow-out" style pipette, press the separate blow-out button (often located in the center or as a secondary trigger) to expel the last remaining drop.
