What is the Electrical Systems and Control content area?

This content area covers circuits, switches, sensors and the components that control them, LEDs, LDRs, thermistors and relays, all wired to demonstrate one electrical principle at a time. Every kit here stays within the GET band's 9V DC maximum, powered by a battery.

A first light circuit and a sensor-driven alarm teach very different things, so kits range from a basic series circuit through to LDR and thermistor-based sensing builds.
