What is a laboratory pipette?
A laboratory pipette draws up a liquid and delivers a known volume of it somewhere else. Nobody pipettes by mouth any more: a bulb, pump or built-in plunger does the suction. Volumetric pipettes deliver one fixed volume very accurately, graduated and serological pipettes measure any volume up to their capacity, and Pasteur pipettes simply move drops.
SmartLabs stocks Class A and Class B volumetric pipettes, glass and polystyrene serological pipettes, soda-glass and disposable plastic Pasteur pipettes, adjustable micropipettes and tips, plus the pumps, rubber bulbs and stands that go with them.
