Lamp 2,5V - Electricity Kit Bulb

This 2.5V bulb is a miniature E10 screw lamp for electrical circuit experiments in primary and secondary schools. It gives a warm white light and draws 0.3A.

Use the mini bulb within the rated voltage range. If the working voltage is too high, the bulb will be burned out. If it is too low, the bulb will not work. The bulbs are simple to install and remove, and are also popular as equipment inspection lamps and instrument bulbs.

What do MES and E10 refer to?

MES stands for Miniature Edison Screw. It is a type of light bulb base and socket where the bulb screws into the lamp holder. E10 is the size designation for the Miniature Edison Screw, with a diameter of 10mm.

Filament lamps will perform to specification and give optimum life when they are powered at the rated voltage from a stabilised 50Hz ac supply, the ambient temperature is in the range +20°C to +25°C, and no mechanical vibration is present.
