The MICROLIT RAMBO High Precision 8-Channel Micropipette is an advanced, multi-tip liquid handling instrument designed to aspirate and dispense micro-volumes of liquid across 8 channels simultaneously. It is engineered primarily for high-throughput lab workflows such as filling 96-well microplates—and is heavily utilized in diagnostics (ELISA), DNA amplification (PCR), and molecular screening.
Core Technology and Features

μAir® Technology: This is Microlit's signature engineering feature. It minimizes the internal "dead air space" between the piston mechanism and the liquid inside the pipette tip. Reducing this space controls air compression, ensuring exceptional accuracy and repeatability even in variable room temperatures.
- Ergonomic Construction: The RAMBO line focuses heavily on lowering user hand strain. It features an ultra-lightweight chassis, a large contour grip, and a soft-movement spring mechanism inside the plunger to reduce repetitive strain injuries (RSI) during long hours under a hood.
- Universal Tipcone: The manifold fluidics are designed to fit most internationally standardized, third-party pipette tips, saving labs from being locked into proprietary tip consumables.
- Fully Autoclavable: The entire instrument can be safely sterilized in an autoclave at 121°C and 15 psi for 10–15 minutes to ensure total decontamination.
Compliance and Calibration
Each pipette arrives per-calibrated from an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and conforms strictly to global ISO 8655 standards. A distinct calibration report and user-recalibration tool are packaged inside every box for easy in-house quality checks.
