Microscope Student Kit

This student microscope kit magnifies microscope slides to 40x, 100x and 400x using the 10x eyepiece, or 64x, 160x and 640x using the 16x eyepiece. Both eyepieces are supplied. The microscope has two sources of light: one LED light on the base and one LED light on the neck.

It can be powered by the AC adapter included in the kit or by three 1.5 V batteries (batteries not included), so the student can use the microscope in the field. The kit also includes a microscope camera that can be connected to a computer for capturing images, or for showing the slide to students through a digital projector.

The kit includes a variety of basic equipment for creating your own slides, as well as five pre-prepared slides in a slide box, all supplied in a rugged plastic case.

Yes. The kit includes an MD10 digital eyepiece camera with software. Plug it into a computer to capture images, or put the slide up on a projector for the whole class. It can't be used as a document camera.
