This 5-place glass Coplin jar is a compact staining jar that holds microscope slides upright for staining, fixing or washing in histology, cytology and microbiology. Internal grooves keep the slides apart, and the cover reduces evaporation, so you get even, consistent staining while using very little reagent.

Coplin jars help keep staining uniform and are used in labs for a wide range of staining and destaining work.
