This MES E10 bulb holder is a small screw-type lamp holder for the miniature bulbs used in school electric circuits. It holds the bulb firmly in place and connects it into your circuit, so learners can build and test simple circuits on the bench.

MES stands for Miniature Edison Screw, and E10 means the screw base is 10mm across. Any MES or E10 bulb screws straight in, including our 3V and 6V electricity kit bulbs.

A lamp holder goes by plenty of names, including bulb holder, light bulb holder, light socket and lamp socket. Whatever you call it, its job is to support the bulb and make the electrical connection to its base.
